John Wilton is an accomplished real estate professional with over two decades in the industry. Throughout his career, he has excelled in navigating complex transactions, delivering exceptional customer service, and building strong client relationships. Licensed as a Texas real estate agent in 1989, John has held a variety of roles, from Realtor to Director of Real Estate, earning numerous accolades such as the Coldwell Banker President’s Club Award, Gold Circle Award, and recognition for multi-million-dollar sales.
His extensive experience spans marketing, evaluation, negotiation, and asset management. John has managed residential REO properties for Freddie Mac and played a key role in increasing office sales during his time at M.D. Webb & Associates. His leadership and asset management skills have also been demonstrated through roles at Atlas REO Services, Washington Mutual, and GMAC ResCap.
In addition to his real estate career, John has a rich background in farm and ranch management, having been raised and worked in his family’s cow/calf operation. He is also committed to community service, having served as President and Executive Director of the nonprofit organization Hunters For Good, where he directed efforts to provide processed wild game to churches, food pantries, and homeless shelters.
John holds an FAA Part 107 Remote UAS (Drone) Pilot License and has completed training in project management and Six Sigma principles. With his broad experience and commitment to both his work and the community, John is a reliable and well-rounded real estate professional.
John currently resides in Frisco, Texas with his wife, Josielyn and the worlds best dog, Jenny. His hobbies include billiards, hunting and making knife handles for friends and family.
