Loch's passion for land and the outdoors began for him at the young age of 5, going deer hunting and fishing with his father and grandfather in Southwest Texas. By the age of 10, his dream was to own his own piece of hunting heaven someday. Since the early 1990's, he has been blessed to own ranches in both Texas and Oklahoma. Throughout this time he has gained considerable experience utilizing both state and federal programs for wildlife habitat improvement projects and has experience with cattle ranching and timber production. In addition, he has acquired a great deal of knowledge in purchasing and selling his own properties over the years. It is a privilege for Loch to put his passion, experience, and knowledge to use as a Land Agent to help others realize the joy and satisfaction of purchasing and/or selling their own properties.
