Last week we hosted our Annual Great Plains Land Company Meeting. It’s always exciting to see the growth in our land professionals and the expansion we have been able to have. We are super lucky to have the individuals we do working with us. Very excited for this year and seeing how these professionals can assist more people in buying or selling land.

This amazing property was just sold by @rocky_mtn_clint in Colorado. Check out what he had to say about it: “What an honor it’s been to represent my sellers on this historical piece of property with significant water rights in the Beulah Valley. ⁣ ⁣ The amount of history here has been amazing and happy to say that the buyers fully intend to keep this property as is and give it the love it needs and a high likelihood of a conservation easement which makes the locals very happy. ⁣ ⁣ Many thanks to my sellers for trusting me during this long road but we got it done. “

Getting the first of that fresh snow melt! We are excited to get to see the tops of the mountains soon.
