Cole Baylis

Originally from the Silicon Valley, Cole left California to play baseball at Oregon State University (Go Beavs!). Unfortunately, a shoulder injury prevented him from continuing his baseball career, but it allowed him to pursue other dreams. It really allowed him to spend time outdoors, hunting and fishing in Oregon's forests and rivers.  He stayed in Oregon after graduation to start his professional career and find his way after baseball. Oregon was a great place to begin his career, but his heart led him on to New York before making his way to Colorado where he calls home now with his wife, Lauren and black lab, Timber. This long path that led him to Colorado has given him unique experience in diverse markets.

Cole came to Great Plains from the IT staffing world where he helped build out development teams for fortune 500 companies throughout the country. Ultimately, his passion for the outdoors persuaded him to make a change and dive head first into real estate. He is an expert in identifying needs and matching them with the perfect property or buyer. In addition, his ability to negotiate and navigate complex transactions gives clients confidence in all aspects of the buying or selling experience.
