Colton Snead

Colton Snead is a dedicated land agent with a passion for the outdoors and a deep commitment to helping people make informed decisions when buying or selling land. With over 10 years of experience working in nonprofits and managing grants, he brings a unique skill set to his new career in land sales. He thrives on building relationships and supporting clients through every step of the process.

In addition to his work in land sales, Colton serves as the Vice President of the local school board, where he is actively involved in shaping the future of education in his community. Having lived in Southeast Oklahoma for the majority of his life, he is deeply familiar with the area and its unique opportunities, landscapes, and local culture.

Colton is a proud husband to Holly and father of two children—Ava Jo and Bear. Together, they enjoy homesteading, hunting, going to Ava's softball games, and exploring the beauty of their land. They currently raise 17 laying hens and are dedicated to raising their own meat birds, ensuring a sustainable and self-sufficient lifestyle. Whether it's exploring the land, learning new skills, or simply enjoying the outdoors, Colton understands the value of owning land and the connections it can create. He is excited to offer his expertise to those looking to buy or sell property, always with a focus on integrity and service to the community.
