Ethan Janicki

Ethan Janicki is a passionate land agent based in Denver, Colorado. Originally from Northern California, Ethan spent six years in Texas earning his Bachelor’s from The University of Texas and another two years in Dallas. In Dallas Ethan led the acquisitions team for a self-storage developer with a focus on tertiary markets throughout the Midwest and Southwest. Following this, he spent a year on the finance team at one of the nation’s leading tenant representation groups at CBRE, based in Denver.

Ethan is dedicated to providing personalized, client-focused service in the world of land sales. In his free time, Ethan finds joy in the company of his beautiful wife, Anne Marie, as they enjoy traveling, hiking, skiing, camping, hunting, and fly fishing – rounding out a life dedicated to both professional success and personal fulfillment.
