About a year ago, I received a mailer from Great Plains Land Company. The contact person was Jacob Rice. My Harper County, Kansas land had been for sale previously for 2 years with no interest. I called and spoke with Jacob and agreed to list my 280 acres. A short few months later, Jacob had 80 acres under contract for above market value.
