Wife and I have moved 13 times over the years. We would rate Mark by far the best Agent of the entire group that represented us. Mark is extremely knowledgeable about the market and area, very hard working, honest, and will go out of his way to make the entire selling process as easy as possible for you. First day we had the house listed through Mark, he had several potential buyers (not lookers) lined up to see the property and we sold the house at a great price that day.

We highly recommend Mark for your real estate needs. He was so helpful and on the ball during our transition from Kansas to Arizona. He watched over our house, checked it weekly until closing and made sure the yard was alive through July and August. He was efficiant in communication and has a great list of companies to use for pre listing inspections etc. He wasnt just an ethical agent but a good friend, as well. He even went above and beyond as to make dozens of calls into the Phoenix area to help us find a good, ethical realtor. Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with. My only disappointment is that we didn't find him sooner! Mark helped us with both the sale and purchase of a home and confidently led us through both processes. He consistently provided a top-notch customer experience from beginning to end. After taking the time to understand our situation and goals Mark clearly took a personal interest to help us achieve what we were seeking. This wasn't just a business transaction, this was Mark having the respect and ethical conviction to treat our situation as if it were his own family. Quite a relief from the norm!
