Sean Ratliff

Sean grew up in Northern Colorado, and developed a passion for the outdoors early in life, fly fishing in the high country and chasing upland birds and waterfowl across the western states. Blessed to have both played and coached baseball at the professional level for over a decade, he was lucky enough to get to travel, hunt, fish, and work the land with incredible people from Alaska to South Carolina, and it only deepened his passion for the land and a commitment to stewardship and conservation. After getting his start in commercial real estate in Texas, he realized he wanted to be able to help those people who valued the land as he did to realize their dreams of owning and operating their dream property, whether it was a hunting acreage, a working ranch or a small family farm. He currently resides south of Fort Worth, TX with his wife Lexi, and most days they can be found on the water catching bass or following their German Shorthair, Doc, chasing pheasants or quail across the country.
