Trey Pearcy

Trey was born and has spent his entire life in Western Oklahoma. Throughout his life, he has been involved in agriculture from peanuts, wheat, and cotton to now being a key part in his family's Registered Angus operation. At a young age, he developed an appreciation for the land and discovered all it can produce whether that be tillable acres or pastureland to turkey, whitetail, elk, and quail to mention a few. Trey is an avid hunter and fisherman and understands the diversity of what land can produce. There is so much opportunity in a piece of land, with the right amount of vision and work any dream can become a reality. Being a 5th generation land owner he knows the blood, sweat, and tears it can take to call a piece of property your own and because of that, he has a deep appreciation for landowners as well as land purchasers.

Trey currently resides in Lookeba, Oklahoma with his wife Bree-Ann and their two daughters Joplin and Jenning.

Trey Pearcy was very knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout the entire process of selling our land. He was in constant contact with us, and he went above and beyond when the buyer wanted us to get an easement established prior to closing. He did a lot of extra work, and I appreciate him for all he did to make the sale happen. He was there from beginning to closing, to make sure everything went smooth. I highly recommend TreyPearcy and Great Plains Land Company, and I will use them in the future if needed.

After my husband passed, some time went by and I finally decided to sell the ranch in western Oklahoma. I began searching for a realtor. I called Trey, he was on a family vacation and said he would get back to me on Monday. He did call me back Monday and he had already driven to the property. I had questions for him, which he answered. Immediately we ended up meeting and we visited and discovered we knew a lot of the same people. I agreed to the listing, and on the first day he had six people inquire and set appointments to go look at it. Trey was always quick to get back to me if I had questions and he had the answers. I felt he was very fair in his assessment of the place. He even assisted me in finding someone to do a few repairs that needed to be done and I trusted his judgment. Trey was fair and understanding of my situation when it came to selling the family farm and in the end I gained a friend out of this transaction, and if I ever needed anything, Trey would be there to help me!

When we were looking at selling our hunting property I reached out to Trey to get his opinion on it. When we decided to put it on the market, he was able to sell the property quickly for far more than I had anticipated. He was able to navigate both us and the buyer through a rather tricky transaction and close the deal. When it comes to this type of purchase I only recommend Trey and his team at Great Plains Land Company!

Choosing a land broker to help with a family inheritance soon after out father's death was a huge deal. I made a few phone calls and when I got Trey on the phone the decision immediately became easy and apparent, he was the guy! He is professional, straightforward, helpful, and accommodating. He was able to navigate a tough situation with there being 5 family members owning the property and somehow he got us all throughout and completed the deal. I also had him help me with a difficult decision to sell some of my personal land and he handled it perfectly and got it done. If you ever have a need for a "land guy" he's it!

The whole selling process was made easy for us all, I live in Oklahoma, one family member was in Texas, one was in Arkansas and Trey made sure that the closing would go seamlessly and efficiently. Trey was enormously helpful and I would be happy to recommend him to anyone!

Trey Pearcy was a pleasure to work with, explaining all contractual issues with patience and intelligence. He sold our ranch that had been in our family since statehood and related with us on owning generational land. His ability to bring a buyer and work with my family to make a deal happen was incredible. I would recommend his genuine expertise to anyone.
