Beth was born and raised in the Arkansas Valley of Colorado and is excited to work with like-minded people to help ensure the buying and selling process is smooth and comfortable. There is nothing that will procure a higher value than land that is no longer being created. Like you, she has a deep respect for this great land that God has entrusted in our care.
Beth lives with her husband Sheridan who is a 5th generation farmer and their 2 children, Macy and Owen. They are continuing to instill a work ethic in their children as they continue the tradition of making a living off the land.
From one land owner to another, she fully understands the struggles, successes, blood, sweat, and tears that it takes to manage and work the land. Operating expenses and commodity futures are ever changing. As we experience good and bad years, Beth is happy to chat about how your operation has developed and if you are able to expand or want to downsize.
Beth also has had the pleasure of working with residential buyers and sellers. As a result, she was awarded the Rookie of the Year award for the Pueblo Association of Realtors in 2021. This award is based on the number of real estate transactions, education, and total number of sales. In the years to come, she looks forward to working hard for all of her clients.
