Cole was born in Overland Park, Kansas City, and moved to McLean, Virginia, at a young age, where he spent the rest of his childhood. However, every possible break from school was spent in St. John, Kansas, where his family farms. After high school, Cole moved to St. John permanently to attend Kansas State University and join his father and uncle in farming. Their farm consists predominantly of alfalfa and corn, and it was here that Cole developed a deep appreciation for the land, agriculture, and the hard work required to be successful.
Spending time in a more urban environment, Cole learned the value of making friends and building connections, but it was the close-knit, rural community atmosphere of St. John that truly resonated with him. In the heart of the Midwest, he’s found that the relationships he’s formed go beyond business—they are built on family, trust, and shared values, making each connection more exciting.
With extensive agriculture experience and enjoyment of hunting and outdoor recreation, Cole offers an informed, hands-on approach to land transactions. Whether clients seek farm/ranch land, hunting properties, or recreational land, he is dedicated to helping them complete their buying or selling goals.
