This property is located only 2 miles SE of Minco. The hilltop views are simply, amazing in all directions. For those interested in a home site, you could sit on your porch and watch those spring rainstorms thunder in unobstructed from the west. For investors and cattle ranchers, this property is covered in native grasses. 1) The unique Easement Agreement stipulates the Annual Minimum Payment of $23,181.44 for 2023 and shall continue to increase by 2% per annum thereafter.
2) A percentage of the Gross Revenues generated by the turbines on the subject property. This payment calculation is as follows: 4% until 2030, 5% from 2031-2040, and 6% thereafter. Since the upgrade to the turbines, revenue was $25,829.42 for the 2021 year and $25,684.33 for the 2022 year.
