Born and raised in Lafayette, Colorado, he began working in land acquisition in 2023 by building strong relationships, studying the market closely, and focusing on areas others often overlook. He enjoys finding value where others do not and takes pride in careful market research, and attention to detail. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys skiing, hockey, jiu jitsu, and spending time with family.
