Colton Snead is a dedicated land agent with deep roots in Southeast Oklahoma and a passion for helping clients make informed decisions about buying and selling land. A fourth-generation landowner, he brings valuable local knowledge and a strong commitment to God-honoring service, integrity, and relationships. With over a decade of experience in nonprofits and grant management, Colton offers a unique skill set to his real estate work. He also serves as Vice President of the local school board, contributing to his community beyond the land business.

Colton is a proud husband to Holly and devoted father to their two children—Ava Jo and Bear. They enjoy homesteading, hunting, and exploring the land they love. Whether helping clients buy or sell, he’s passionate about land, community, and building lasting connections.
