Jim Gosser is a land specialist with Great Plains Land Company who is passionate about helping clients buy and sell quality rural property throughout Oklahoma. Originally from the Kansas, Jim developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors at a young age while hunting, fishing, and working on a farm and ranch. Those early experiences built the foundation for his lifelong connection to the land and the practical knowledge he brings to every property he represents.

During high school, Jim was heavily involved in FFA where he raised hogs and competed in agricultural contests, eventually earning the title of State Champion in Land and Homesite Evaluation. That background gave him a strong understanding of soil, land use, and property potential—skills that continue to help his clients make informed decisions when buying or selling land.

In addition to his work in real estate, Jim has spent the last 15 years as a helicopter pilot. Seeing the countryside from the air has given him a unique perspective on land, wildlife habitat, terrain, and property layout. That aerial experience allows him to evaluate land in a way that few others can.
