Ky Pfleider – Land Specialist
Born and raised in Alva, Oklahoma, Ky Pfleider is proud to still call the area home. He earned a degree in Agricultural Business from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, laying the foundation for a career rooted in production agriculture and rural life.
Ky began his professional journey as a crop adjuster, where he found genuine enjoyment in the daily one-on-one interactions with farmers across the region. In 2011, he shifted gears and entered the oilfield as a measurement technician, spending years traveling the backroads of northwest Oklahoma and southwest Kansas, calibrating meters on remote well locations. That time in the field deepened his knowledge of the land and the people who live on it.
In 2013, Ky married Kylee Jo of Laverne, Oklahoma. Together, they’re raising two children—Reid Allee and Bo—instilling in them the same values of hard work, faith, and outdoor tradition that shaped Ky growing up.
A lifelong outdoorsman, Ky’s passions include hunting, fishing, and golf. Some of his most vivid memories involve walking the creeks of Osage County with a fishing pole in his back pocket and a .22 rifle in hand—experiences that fueled his appreciation for land, wildlife, and wide-open spaces.
Today, Ky brings that same passion and practical experience to his work in land sales, helping others find their perfect piece of ground—whether it’s for farming, hunting, or building a legacy of their own.
