Beth was born and raised in the Arkansas Valley of Colorado and is passionate about helping landowners navigate the buying and selling process with ease and confidence. She believes there is no greater value than land that remains in responsible stewardship for future generations.
She shares a deep respect for the land God has entrusted to our care and lives with her husband, Sheridan— a fifth-generation farmer— and their two children, Macy and Owen. They model a strong work ethic and the enduring tradition of making a living off the land.
As a fellow landowner, Beth understands the dedication required to manage and steward a property—the blood, sweat, and tears. She is well-versed in operating expenses and the ever-changing dynamics of commodity futures, and she’s ready to discuss how your operation has evolved, whether you’re looking to expand, downsize, or transition.
Beth also has experience in residential real estate, assisting numerous buyers and sellers. She was honored with the Rookie of the Year award for the Pueblo Association of Realtors in 2021, recognizing her transaction volume, education, and overall contributions. In 2024, she earned Rookie of the Year and Most Transactions with Great Plains Land Company. She looks forward to continuing to work hard for all of her clients in the years to come.
