Ask Trey Pearcy
The North Caddo 160 is a very productive property located in the fertile soils of northern Caddo County. The acreage consists of approximately 90 acres of tillable acres with the remaining 70 acres being improved pasture land. The property has great access being just one mile from state highway 58 with paved and graveled roads leading to the entrances. There is also a irrigation well, as well as a pivot point on the property to be able to have a center pivot that will irrigate over 2/3's of the acreage. There is a small pond on the property used for watering livestock from the drainage of the property. An abundance of wildlife resides on the North Caddo 160 including whitetail deer, quail, turkey as well as ducks and geese during migration season.
